When people with a terminal illness wish to die in the comfort of their own home — surrounded by loving family and friends — our home palliative care professionals are there to honour that wish.
Complementing our home palliative care service is our team of in-patient doctors who provide high-quality palliative care at Mount Sinai Hospital and also assist in making a smooth transfer to home palliative care.
Our Max and Beatrice Wolfe Children’s Centre provides community-based counselling support, medical care, and education to children and families where a child is dying or where children are grieving the dying or death of a loved one. Programs that are essential to delivering this care and support rely on donations, including The Dr. Jay Children’s Grief Program and Camp Erin Toronto.
